Hi, I’m Belle!

I started online coaching in 2020, in what would eventually become Thriving You Co in 2021. Since then, my passion for health and fitness has done nothing but exponentially grown.

Like so many, I come from a background of struggling with food and exercise. After years of living a very unhealthy lifestyle where I was punishing myself with exercise and restricting food,I knew I had to change. But the thought of eating more was scary and I was so confused as to how to stop exercising just as a means to burn energy.


Fast forward to now, I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, I don’t restrict myself at all and in fact, I eat the foods I love everyday. And exercise is no longer something I feel like I ‘have’ to do in order to maintain a certain look, but I do so because of how it makes me feel.

 
 
 

After going through my own journey, I knew I wanted women to avoid going through the same struggles I went through. I want to show women that there’s another way to work towards your goals and that doesn’t mean hating yourself during the process.

I know there’s so much information about how to eat and train, so it’s my goal to help understand the basics and realise that it doesn’t need to be complicated. I love showing women that you don’t need to cut out carbs, you don’t need to do hours of cardio - but instead you can create progress with methods that you can maintain for the rest of your life!
